Dear valued patients, our practice had a COVID-19 exposure on 4th-5th October. We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused by this situation to our patients affected by this event. We have done everything possible to put staff involved in isolation and contacting all the patients who were in the practice around the time when the positive case was in the building. We are truly disappointed by the lack of response from the health authorities who until today never contacted us or even listed us as an exposure site even though they acknowledged receiving our forms and notification about the incident. We will maintain doing the right thing in what we see protects our patients, staff, and community until advised otherwise.
