What are lingual braces?
Lingual braces are fixed to the back side of your teeth instead of the front, which hides them completely from view when you smile. They are just as effective as traditional fixed braces, and can treat even complicated orthodontic issues.
How do lingual braces work?
Lingual braces work just like traditional metal braces. We will affix a bracket to the back of each of your teeth and run a thin, metal archwire through them. Dr Karim will make small bends in your archwire to place gentle pressure on your teeth and guide them slowly into alignment.
